Privacy Policy

jacklynroper.me is a link page for the creator Jacklyn Roper. In this policy, “we” means the site’s operator. The site has no accounts, forms, comments, uploads or payments, and it never asks you for your name, email address, phone number or other contact details.

Information processed when you visit

• Connection information, handled by our host. Like any website, your browser sends your IP address, the address of the page you asked for (including any tags in the link, such as utm_source or fbclid), your browser and device type (“user-agent”), your language settings and sometimes the page that linked you here. The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), which processes this information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. As part of that service Cloudflare may, for example, estimate a general location from your IP address, keep logs and produce aggregated statistics, under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. The site’s own code does not store this information in any database or log.
• Browser type. The site checks your user-agent only to tell whether you are inside Instagram’s or Facebook’s built-in browser, so it can offer to open the page in your regular browser. This is not stored.
• Link tags. If the link you followed contains tags such as utm_source or fbclid, they stay in the address when the /IG page passes you to the main page. The site does not store them.
• Button taps. The page notes which button you tap in your browser’s memory while the page is open. This is not sent anywhere and is gone when you leave the page. The site uses no analytics service; we will update this policy before adding one.
• Location permission. The site never asks your device for its precise (GPS) location, and its security settings switch that browser feature off.

Cookies and browser storage

• ig_ho cookie — set only by the /IG page, only when it is opened inside Instagram’s or Facebook’s built-in browser and makes one automatic “open in your browser” attempt. Value 1; expires after 10 minutes. It stops that prompt from repeating. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
• ig_handoff_at (session storage) — the time of the last “open in your browser” attempt, stored in the same situation and for the same reason. It is deleted when you close the tab.
• The site sets no other cookies and uses no other browser storage. It does not record age confirmations. Cloudflare may set its own security cookies in some situations (for example to filter automated traffic), as described in Cloudflare’s policies.

Who information is shared with

• Cloudflare, as the site’s host, processes connection information as described above.
• No one else. The site’s pages load no third-party scripts, ads, trackers, embedded content or web fonts; its images, styles and scripts are served from jacklynroper.me. We do not sell visitor information or use it for advertising.
• Outbound links. Buttons and short links take you to other services, currently:

  • www.instagram.com
  OnlyFans is an adult-only (18+) subscription service. Once you leave this site, that service’s own terms and privacy policy apply. The buttons ask your browser not to send this site’s address to the destination as a referrer.

Do Not Track and tracking by other parties

The site does not track you across other websites and does not change its behaviour in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no tracking to switch off. No third party other than our host collects information about your online activities through this site.

Retention

The site itself keeps nothing: the cookie expires after 10 minutes and the session-storage entry is deleted when you close the tab. Information processed by Cloudflare is retained according to Cloudflare’s policies.

Reviewing or changing your information

Because the site does not collect or keep personal information such as your name or contact details, there is nothing stored by us for you to review or change.

Your choices

• You can block or clear cookies and site data. The site still works; you may just see the “open in your browser” prompt again.
• The site works without JavaScript through its ordinary links.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and some of the services it links to are for adults only.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above.
